一、产品概述

1、设备为RO膜横切全自动卷膜机, 自动完成RO膜从原料到收卷的前段组装。

2、设备适用于民用膜12寸系列产品生产，包括膜片横切，兼容缺口型和六角型中心管。

3、设备可进行全自动膜片及隔网分切、叠膜对折、导布自动分切、自动打胶、自动上中心管、自动收卷下料带等工艺，设备仅需要1人加料巡线，对比目前主流的手工生产，实现了增产、增效、减少人工、的目标。

4、C/T≤20S/PCS，设备稼动率≥85%，实际每小时产出不低于150PCS。
