民用RO膜元件中心管切断设备

1、本设备适用于民用RO膜元件1812系列-3013系列产品的中心管切割工艺，兼容六角和卡口中心管。

2、设备为家用膜中心管切割设备,设备采用钨钢切刀；

3、设备两侧顶尖对位顶紧，切断过程稳定，切断精度＜±0.5mm；

4、产品转速可调、切料保持时间可调；

5、C/T≤6S/PCS。

1. This equipment is suitable for the center tube cutting process of civil RO membrane elements of the 1812 series - 3013 series, 

and is compatible with hexagonal and bayonet center tubes.

2. The equipment is a household membrane center tube cutting device, and tungsten steel cutting blades are used.

3. The two sides of the equipment have top pins for positioning and clamping, 

ensuring a stable cutting process with a cutting accuracy of less than ±0.5mm.

4. The product rotation speed and the material holding time during cutting can be adjusted.

5. The cycle time is no more than 6 seconds per piece (C/T ≤ 6S/PCS).
