CNC Bending (Sheet Metal Processing)
The DSM HP-17040 integrated CNC bending machine adopts an advanced control system, imported complete hydraulic system, and mechanical-hydraulic synchronization mechanism, operating smoothly with high precision and low noise. The frame structure is made of fully welded steel plates. Components such as the frame, slider, back gauge beam, and casing are machined in a single setup on a European imported five-axis machining center, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of all mounting surfaces. The entire machine is stable and reliable, has good dynamic performance, and features high efficiency and high precision.
Welding and Splicing (Sheet Metal Processing)
Nantong Damai is equipped with equipment and technicians for various welding processes. Metal welding is a process in which high-density energy (thermal energy, pressure energy, or fluctuation energy) is applied to the joint between two workpieces, causing atomic (or molecular) bonding between them to connect the two workpieces. There are more than 40 welding methods, which can be summarized into three categories: fusion welding, pressure welding, and brazing.
Phosphating Treatment (Surface Treatment)
Phosphating treatment is a commonly used pretreatment technique, primarily aimed at providing protection to the base metal and preventing metal corrosion to some extent. Its functions include: corrosion protection; improving paint film adhesion and corrosion resistance; reducing friction and providing lubrication; enhancing the workpiece's decorative appearance. Additionally, phosphating treatment can produce phosphating films of different colors, such as blue, golden yellow, and iridescent, by adjusting the composition of the phosphating solution and process parameters to meet different requirements, thereby enhancing the workpiece's decorative appeal.
Electrostatic Spraying (Surface Treatment)
Electrostatic spraying refers to a coating method that uses the principle of corona discharge to charge atomized paint with negative electricity under a high-voltage direct current electric field, allowing it to adhere to a positively charged substrate surface. Electrostatic spraying equipment consists of a spray gun, spray cup, and high-voltage power supply for electrostatic spraying.
Diamond Brushed (Surface Treatment)
Brushing can eliminate scratches, scuffs, machining marks, and other blemishes on aluminum alloy profiles. The extent of elimination is related to the depth of the brushing. Generally speaking, the deeper the brushing, the stronger the ability to remove defects on the metal surface.
Screen Printing (Surface Treatment)
Screen printing, also known as silk screen printing, refers to a processing technique that uses a silk screen as the printing base and produces a silk screen printing plate with images and text through a photosensitive plate-making method. It is suitable for the surfaces of metals such as aluminum and stainless steel, as well as the surfaces of soft and hard PC, PET, and PVC plastic parts.

The spindle uses P4-grade precision rolling bearings and labyrinth seals, providing good water and dust resistance, smooth movement, and high accuracy. The longitudinal movement uses ball steel guides, making operation light and flexible. The column uses a wide-span guide rail, offering good rigidity and high stability. The whole machine uses a manual oil pump for centralized lubrication.

It can process various types of materials, such as 316 and 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, alloy aluminum, zinc alloy, titanium alloy, copper, iron, acrylic, Teflon, POM rods, and other metal and plastic raw materials. It can machine parts into complex structures with square and round combinations.
Injection Molding (Injection Processing)
Capable of processing various plastic raw materials, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon (PA, PA6, PA66), polyoxymethylene (POM), ABS, polyurethane (TPU), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polycarbonate (PC), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), etc., for customized injection-molded special shapes. Accepts mechanical processing customization for all kinds of MC nylon and polyoxymethylene parts.
